Makeshift Battalion would fit well in an aggressive white weenie deck that focuses on quickly building a board presence and overwhelming the opponent with multiple attacking creatures. While it provides a potential boost in power with its Battalion ability, there are stronger options available such as Benalish Marshal or Thalia's Lieutenant which offer more consistent and impactful bonuses to the team. Makeshift Battalion could see play in a budget or casual deck, but competitive decks would likely opt for more powerful alternatives.
