Koby OP15-009 fits best in aggressive red decks that swarm the board with multiple low-to-mid power Characters (especially 7000 power or less) and want protection from KO, bounce, or bottom-deck effects—such as mono-red rush, Straw Hat–focused builds, or Navy-based tempo decks that rely on maintaining board presence to apply constant pressure. His effect is strongest in decks that don’t mind temporarily reducing Leader power (for example, Leaders that already swing high numbers or decks that aim to close games quickly before the −2000 matters), but he is weaker in control-heavy metas where removal isn’t the primary threat or in decks that rely on higher-cost Characters. Compared to other red defensive options like Radical Beam!!
