Fetid Heath would benefit a deck that requires both white and black mana, such as an Orzhov deck in Magic: the Gathering. While it can provide flexibility in mana production, there are better options like Godless Shrine or Isolated Chapel that enter the battlefield untapped and can produce both colors of mana without restrictions. However, Fetid Heath could still see play in budget decks or in decks that specifically require the color combination it provides.
