A deck that heavily relies on Energy attachment and wants to prevent Special Conditions would benefit from using Festival Grounds PRE 108. However, there are better Stadium cards available, such as Power Plant, which shuts down Abilities of EX and GX Pokemon, or Shrine of Punishment, which puts damage counters on Pokemon between turns. Festival Grounds PRE 108 may not see as much play in competitive decks due to the availability of more impactful Stadium cards.
