This card, Witch of the Moors, would be a great addition to a black-based control or midrange deck that focuses on gaining life through various means. Deathtouch provides a strong defensive capability, and the ability to make opponents sacrifice creatures and return a creature from your graveyard to your hand can swing the board state in your favor. While there may be more efficient cards for specific strategies, Witch of the Moors can be a solid inclusion in decks looking to control the board and gain incremental advantages over time.

As the triggered ability resolves, first the next opponent in turn order chooses a creature they control, then each other opponent in turn order does the same knowing the choices made before them. Then all the chosen creatures are sacrificed at the same time.
