University Campus would benefit control decks that utilize white and blue mana, as the Surveil ability can help filter draws and fuel graveyard strategies. However, better dual lands like Hallowed Fountain or Glacial Fortress provide untapped mana and better color fixing, making them preferred choices for competitive play. While flavorful and fun to use in casual settings, University Campus may struggle to see play in more optimized decks.
