Togetic PLS 103 could fit well in a deck that focuses on drawing cards and stalling the opponent, as its Sweet Kiss attack allows your opponent to draw a card while dealing damage, potentially enabling combos with cards that benefit from your opponent's hand size or cards that punish them for drawing. However, in competitive play, it may not be the best choice compared to cards like Jirachi (Team Up) or Dedenne-GX, which provide more impactful draw power and utility without giving your opponent an advantage. While Togetic can see play in casual or fun decks, its overall effectiveness in a competitive setting is limited, and players might prefer stronger options that provide better synergy and control.
