Splinter, Hamato Yoshi would fit best in an aggressive or tempo‑oriented **Black-based Ninjas** deck, likely Dimir (UB) or mono‑black, that focuses on evasive early attackers to enable Sneak and maintain pressure while generating tribal synergy; the Sneak {B} cost is extremely efficient, letting you redeploy him mid‑combat while retriggering ETB or ninjutsu-style value from creatures you bounce, and Menace plus a global +1/+1 for other Ninjas makes him both a payoff and enabler in a go‑wide Ninja shell.
