Party Dude would fit best in a green midrange or Commander “group slug”/political deck that can leverage incidental artifacts and multiplayer combat—especially in EDH, where multiple opponents mean more Food tokens entering and more artifacts dying to fuel the Level 2 draw ability; it pairs well with artifact hate (e.g., **Collector Ouphe**, **Bane of Progress**, **Nature’s Claim**) and go-wide or combat-focused strategies that can exploit the Level 3 pump when opponents are being attacked (including attacks not directed at you). However, it’s likely too slow and low-impact for competitive Constructed formats, as the initial effect is symmetrical and doesn’t advance your board, and the level-up costs are mana-intensive; more efficient options like **Guardian Project** or **The Great Henge** (for card draw in creature decks), **Tribute to the World Tree**, or even **Ohran Frostfang** provide more immediate and reliable value, while **Beastmaster Ascension** or **Overwhelming Stampede**
