This card would be a great addition to an aggressive tempo deck that focuses on attacking with creatures quickly and efficiently. While Flying Crane Technique can provide a powerful boost to your creatures, there are other cards like Aurelia, the Warleader or True Conviction that offer similar effects with additional benefits. However, Flying Crane Technique could still see play in the right deck, especially if you're looking to surprise your opponent with a sudden burst of damage and evasion.

Only creatures you control as Flying Crane Technique resolves will gain flying and double strike. Creatures that come under your control later in the turn will not.
