A deck focused on controlling the opponent's resources and utilizing their cards to your advantage, such as a Grixis control deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from including Brainstealer Dragon. While it provides a unique advantage by allowing you to play cards exiled from opponents' libraries and punishes opponents for their own permanents entering under your control, its high mana cost and situational nature might make it less optimal compared to other control finishers like Nicol Bolas, the Ravager or Torrential Gearhulk in competitive play.
