A deck built around spells and noncreature spells, such as a spell-slinging or prowess-focused deck, would benefit from including Ty Lee, Artful Acrobat due to her synergy with noncreature spells triggering prowess and her ability to make a target creature unable to block when she attacks by paying mana. However, there may be better cards with similar abilities, such as Monastery Swiftspear, which provides immediate prowess triggers and often sees more play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its low mana cost and aggressive nature.
