This card, Temple of Abandon, would benefit decks that focus on red and green mana sources, such as Gruul decks in Magic: The Gathering. The scry ability helps with card selection, and the dual mana production can be useful for casting spells of both colors. While there may be better dual lands available, Temple of Abandon can still be a solid inclusion in decks that require both red and green mana sources for consistency and flexibility.
