A deck that focuses on tapping and untapping creatures frequently, such as a red aggressive deck or a deck with cards that have abilities triggered by tapping, would benefit from including Spireside Infiltrator. While there may be more powerful cards with similar effects, Spireside Infiltrator can still be a solid inclusion in decks looking to apply consistent pressure and chip away at opponents' life totals over time. It could see play in decks that aim to win through incremental damage and board presence.

This is a triggered ability, not an activated ability. It doesn’t allow you to tap Spireside Infiltrator whenever you want; rather, you need some other way of tapping it, such as by attacking.
