This card would be a great fit in a Commander deck that focuses on goblin tribal synergies or token generation strategies, especially with a commander that can easily be on the battlefield. While Siege-Gang Lieutenant offers a decent value with its token generation and damage ability, there are more powerful goblin cards like Krenko, Mob Boss or Goblin Rabblemaster that can generate tokens more efficiently. However, Siege-Gang Lieutenant can still be a solid inclusion in the right deck for its versatility and potential to deal direct damage.
