This card could be beneficial in a green stompy or aggro deck that focuses on quickly beefing up creatures and attacking aggressively. However, there are more efficient and impactful cards that could serve a similar purpose, such as Rancor or Aspect of Hydra, both of which provide immediate boosts to a creature's power and toughness without relying on attacking to double counters. Seismic Tutelage may not necessarily see play in competitive decks due to stronger options available, but could still be fun and thematic in casual or budget decks.
