A deck focused on Goblins tribal theme would greatly benefit from including Muxus, Goblin Grandee as it provides strong synergy with other Goblin creatures, allowing for explosive plays and overwhelming board presence. While there may be other powerful Goblin cards available, Muxus's ability to put multiple Goblin creatures onto the battlefield at once and grow in power with each attack makes it a standout choice for Goblin decks, making it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks.
