Mirrormind Crown fits best in creature-focused token decks that can reliably create tokens every turn and that have high-impact creatures worth copying—especially commanders or creatures with powerful ETB triggers, static buffs, or combat abilities (e.g., Adeline, Resplendent Cathar; Mondrak, Glory Dominus; Myrel, Shield of Argive; or any strong anthem/engine creature in Commander). It’s particularly appealing in EDH where you can build around a single potent creature and repeatedly turn token production (like from Bitterblossom, Awakening Zone, or Skrelv’s Hive) into copies of that threat, but it’s likely too slow and setup-heavy for competitive formats due to its 4-mana cost plus 2 to equip and needing both a creature and a token engine to function.
