Lilo – Bundled Up is best suited for Steel-based midrange or control decks that want durable early-game board presence, since her **Extra Layers** ability makes her very resilient during the opponent’s turn, helping her stick around to quest, challenge efficiently, or absorb removal that relies on small pings; she’s especially useful in Steel/Amber or Steel/Sapphire lists that value tempo and incremental advantage. However, compared to stronger 2-cost Steel options like **Prince Eric – Dashing and Brave** (better challenger pressure) or **Tinker Bell – Tiny Tactician** (more impactful board control in Steel builds), Lilo is more defensive and lower impact, and Steel decks often prefer proactive threats or utility characters over pure durability.
