The Intelligence Bobblehead card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on generating multiple Bobbleheads to maximize its card draw ability. Decks that can easily create tokens or have ways to duplicate artifacts would benefit the most from this card. However, there are better cards for card draw in Magic: the Gathering, such as Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora, which offer more consistent and powerful card advantage. While the Intelligence Bobblehead may be fun and flavorful, it may not see competitive play due to its high cost and reliance on having multiple copies in play to be effective.
