A deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from using Haunter EX 80, as its Nightmare attack can put the Defending Pokémon to sleep, giving you an advantage. However, there are better cards available, such as Gengar EX, which offers more powerful attacks and abilities. Haunter EX 80 could see play in a budget deck or as a temporary filler card until better options are obtained.
