A deck centered around Metal-type Pokémon, particularly those with high HP that can benefit from the damage reduction, would greatly benefit from Full Metal Lab TEF 148. However, given the limitation of only being able to play one Stadium card per turn and the prevalence of other powerful Stadium cards in the current meta, such as Metal Goggles Prism Star, which provides a similar effect but with additional protection against Special Energy cards, Full Metal Lab TEF 148 may not see as much play unless the deck specifically requires the damage reduction for Metal Pokémon.
