Etrata, Deadly Fugitive would be a great fit in a control deck that focuses on manipulating the opponent's library and using stealthy tactics to win. While Etrata's ability to exile face-down creatures and potentially cast them for free is unique, there are more efficient options like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver or Lazav, Dimir Mastermind that offer similar benefits without the need for combat damage.
