A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies, such as a red aggro or tempo deck, would benefit from using Act of Treason. It can be a powerful tool to steal an opponent's creature and use it to deal damage or disrupt their board state. While Act of Treason is a solid card for its cost, there are potentially better options like Threaten or Zealous Conscripts that offer additional benefits or flexibility. However, Act of Treason can still see play in decks looking to capitalize on stealing creatures for a quick win.
